Beta privacy, in plain language

Your application
stays private.

01

What is collected

The form stores the name, email, role, Mac information, selected interests, written response, optional LinkedIn or website URL, referral source and submission time that you provide. It deliberately does not store your IP address.

02

Why it is used

The information is used only to send private beta access, understand the tester group, receive product feedback and share beta-related updates. It is not sold, used for advertising or added to an unrelated marketing list.

03

Where it is kept

Applications are written to a private file outside the public website directory on Notchy’s IONOS hosting account. They are not visible from the website. Access is limited to the Notchy owner.

04

Retention and deletion

Applications are deleted when no longer needed for the beta program and no later than 12 months after submission. A tester may request early deletion by replying to their private invitation email.

05

Broader app privacy

The application itself has no analytics or advertising SDK. Read the complete Notchy privacy notice.
